All of our appointments come with a credit-back policy, if you cannot confirm an appointment is legitimate in 24 hours, we will replace it with a new one.

Do you do all 50 states?
Absolutely, we can get leads and appointments in all 50 states, and almost any county, as long as there is enough leads in your specified geographic area to fulfill your order.
What happens if an appointment confirms but then does not show up?
If a homeowner does not show up to an appointment even though they’ve confirmed, we will review and reach out as to why. If we cannot get in touch with the homeowner we will replace that lead, up to 3 leads per order.
Are you TCPA Compliant?
Yes, Solar Svpply and our partners are diligent on maintaining TCPA compliance, through the use of landing pages, obeying the TSR and making sure every homeowner understands that solar is not free.
Am I able to cancel my order mid-way through delivery?
If your order has started and you’ve received your first appointment or lead, we can not refund your order unfortunately.
